Hospitality & tourism: find a professional or find clients

Post a project for a holiday rental, hotel or restaurant for free, such as Airbnb and Booking set-up, styling, a direct booking website, photography, tourist experiences or a menu concept, and get up to 7 priced offers. Professionals send offers with no cut.

For clients: what you can get done

Projects that get a tourism business ready for the season belong here: listing a new property on Airbnb and Booking with copy, pricing and house rules, styling a short-term rental, a direct booking site without platform commissions, property photography, designing a tourist experience or a new restaurant menu concept.

Ongoing property management does not fit, but the initial set-up does. Give property type and size, area and when you need to be ready.

What to ask for in an offer

How it works in 3 steps

  1. Describe the project for free: what, where, when and an indicative budget.
  2. Receive up to 7 offers with a price and a delivery time.
  3. Compare, chat with whoever you like and keep the one that fits. You pay the professional directly.
Post a project

For professionals: how you find clients here

If you set up rentals, style hospitality spaces, build booking sites, photograph properties or design menus and experiences, you see projects with a pre-season deadline.

Each project closes at 7 offers. Clients pay you directly and the platform takes no percentage.

Each offer costs 10 credits. On GYP 120 (€30 a month, 120 credits) that is about €2,50 per offer, on GYP 240 (€49,90 a month, 240 credits) about €2,08. If the client does not open your offer within 7 days, the credits are refunded. No cut from your fee.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Airbnb listing set-up cost in Greece?

Roughly €150 to €600, depending on photos, bilingual copy, pricing strategy and Booking connection.

Why have my own booking site?

Direct bookings pay no platform commission. A good site brings returning guests and those who already found you. Connect it to your availability calendar to avoid double bookings.

Is season-long management posted here?

Not as an open-ended arrangement. Set-up, styling or a website are fine.

How do I find clients as a holiday-rental specialist in Greece?

Create a profile with your specialties, the areas you serve and samples of your work. Browse open projects in this group and send an offer, with a price and a timeline, to the ones that fit. Each offer costs 10 credits and is refunded if the client does not open it within 7 days.

When should I post for the season?

Ideally from winter to early spring, so the property is ready before summer bookings open.

Does the platform take a commission?

No. The client pays the professional directly, in whatever way they agree. The platform only charges professionals a subscription that comes with credits for sending offers. There is no percentage, no middleman and no money held at any stage.
