Construction & technical works: find a professional or find clients
Post a technical project for free, from a bathroom, kitchen or full house renovation to electrical, plumbing, windows, air conditioning, solar panels or engineering studies, and get up to 7 priced offers. Tradespeople and engineers see area, size and timeline and send offers with no cut.
For clients: what you can get done
This is the largest group on the platform: renovations, new builds, architectural and structural studies, legalising unauthorised works, energy certificates, Exoikonomo applications, interior design, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, metalwork, aluminium windows, tiling and marble, insulation and waterproofing, roofs, drywall, heating and cooling, solar, EV chargers, pools, gardens, alarms and demolition.
The form asks for property type, square metres and start date. Add photos and say whether you already have a study or permit. For large jobs professionals will ask for a site visit before the final price, which is normal and a good sign.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Greece?
A full renovation of a 4 to 6 m² bathroom costs roughly €4,000 to €9,000, including demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, fixtures and labour. Material quality changes the price a lot.
How much does a house renovation cost per square metre in Greece?
A full apartment renovation runs roughly €250 to €600 per m², depending on what is replaced. A light refresh costs far less.
Do I need a permit to renovate?
Interior works that change installations or layouts usually need a small-scale works approval from an engineer. Ask the professional you choose.
How do I find clients as a tradesperson in Greece?
Create a profile with your specialties, the areas you serve and samples of your work. Browse open projects in this group and send an offer, with a price and a timeline, to the ones that fit. Each offer costs 10 credits and is refunded if the client does not open it within 7 days.
Should the contractor visit before quoting?
For large jobs, yes. The first offer may be indicative and the final price follows a site visit.
Does the platform take a commission?
No. The client pays the professional directly, in whatever way they agree. The platform only charges professionals a subscription that comes with credits for sending offers. There is no percentage, no middleman and no money held at any stage.
